Tours and Encounters
Animal Encounter Procedures

Check-in at the Tours and Encounters Booth located near the Conservation Action Center.

Depending on animal health requirements, guests ages 2 and older may be required to wear a CDC recommended face covering or they will not be allowed to participate. If needed, a face covering will be provided by Zoo Miami during the encounter.

Closed-toe shoes are required.

Service animals are not permitted.

Touching of the animals is not permitted unless advised by Zoo Miami team members.

Children 5 years old and younger must be carried or held by the hand of an adult in their group.

Zoo admission is not included with animal encounters and must be purchased separately.

One paying participant must be at least 18 years old per group.

All prices are inclusive of tax.

Participants must fill out a waiver of liability prior to participating in any encounter.
