This research is a Cooperative Recovery Initiative project involving the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Fairbanks Fish and Wildlife Field Office and the Yukon Delta National Wildlife Refuge (YDNWR), with additional support from the United States Geological Survey Alaska Science Center, University of Alaska Fairbanks, and veterinary support from Busch Gardens Tampa Bay and Zoo Miami.
